OTHER ACTIVITIES UNDERTAKEN BY THE IEA SHC

Alongside the research Tasks conducted by the International Energy Agency Solar Heating and Cooling Programme, a series of Working Groups focus on particular aspects of solar energy. This page maintains links to their activities and publications. The IEA Solar Heating and Cooling Programme has also organized or endorsed a number of seminars and workshops over the years.

» Working Groups

• Work of the Evaluation of Task 13 Houses Working Group is completed and an evaluation report published on the results from most of the projects in Task 13 - Advances Solar Low Energy Houses.
  
• Central Solar Heating Plant with Seasonal Storage Working Group completed in May 1996.
• Materials in Solar Thermal Collectors Working Group is now completed. Follow on work in this area is being undertaken in Task 27 - Performance of Solar Facade Components.
