69th SHC ExCo Meeting

Executive Committee Members, SHC Operating Agents and Invited
Guests. If you feel your country might be interested in
participating in the IEA Solar Heating and Cooling Programme,
express your interest to

The next meeting of the IEA Solar Heating and Cooling Programme
will be held in Copenhagen, Denmark on June 5-8, 2011. The
EXCO meeting will be held Monday-Tuesday, 6th and 7th at the famous
old harbour warehouse Eigtveds Pakhus, normally used for high level
international ministry meetings, so please be inspired to do your
very best for solar energy.
The OA meeting will take place on Sunday the 5th of June at the
same place in Eigtveds Pakhus from 17:00 to 20:00 under the
leadership of Michael Koehl supported by Jan Erik Nielsen.
We are sorry to inform you, that we will have to request from you
€ 100 for participation. The price includes the dinner in
Tivoli
Gardens Monday
evening. Tivoli Gardens is - as some of you may know – a huge entertainment
park, and the dinner will be in the restaurant
Balanchine Lounge
situated on the top of the Concert Hall. The entrance to Tivoli and
the dinner will be free – on the precondition that we all meet
together at the entrance in due time, more about this later on.
The Technical Tour on Wednesday the 8th will go from Hotel Strand
to Hillerød and Jægerspris in the North of Sealand 40-70 km from
Copenhagen. We will see 2 large solar heating plants connected to
built-up area and district heating, Jan Erik Nielsen OA on Task 45
will guide us. We expect to return to hotel and airport at the
latest 18.00. The cost will be 25 € that can be paid as cash
