equipment test cases. Part I is a user's manual on how to apply
the HVAC BESTEST procedure. Part II describes development of the
analytical solutions and final analytical solution results. Part
III describes the development, field testing and production of simulation
data for the test procedures. Part IV presents the analytical solution
and simulation program results in tables and graphs.
