By establishing Solar heating on the houses the house owners can send a message to a growing group of tenants: This is sustainable house, and therefore exactly the house for you!

The other way round: Tenants have had little opportunity to influence environmental matters concerning their apartments or houses - until now: They can put pressure on the building owner: We do indeed want solar heating - otherwise we will find another house.
