Procurement and Tendering

To obtain system quotations the procurement process will make use of tendering.

A tender should be based on purchase criteria and technical descriptions. These should be developed from goals and requirements developed by or together with the buyer group.

Generally, the tender criteria comprise the following topics:

• Product quality based on:
  • National and EU standards, as from 2003 on Solar Key Market
  • Proven quality in reference projects
• Supplier qualification:
  • Delivery capacity
  • Track record, project references
  • Installer support
• Guarantees
• Delivery conditions
