Task 24

Projects

In this section, there is information on projects realised within the IEA task 24 collaboration. Task results were used in the “Soltherm Europe Initiative” project.

The IEA task 24 participants have furthermore collected information on similar projects not being part of the IEA task 24 work, which are referred to as cases.

Finally, there are useful experiences on project ideas that, during realisation, turned out not to be successful.

The projects or cases represent examples of solar water heating campaigns, promotion, and/or the formation of buyer groups. Not all projects/cases used co-operative procurement, but they include princples that might give guidance for the formation of buyer groups, creation of procurement tools, and developing solar water heating busines.

Information sheets can be downloaded on every project that is listed in the tables below. You can also download the sheets from the Buyer Groups section, where the projects are listed unter the different buyter group categories.
